Time to Stop The Wheeze!
Time to get your asthma under control
If you are ready to stand up and fight your disease than this site is for you. This for people who are actively wishing to get their asthma under control. If this is you, then you have come to the right place.
This project started as a way for me to get my own asthma under control. After going to the hospital numerous times a year, I decided I would try and go a year without going to the hospital. Well, that didn't work the first few years.
I then started looking around at alternative medications and found that some actually helped me significantly. I also was able to find research that these same medications worked for others.
I then combined the new medications with exercise.
It is important for asthma suffers to pay attension to what is going on inside their lungs. One way to do this is by measuring the "peak flow".
Once you have measured your peakflow you should log that information. However if you are like me, that can be quite annoying writing all that information down. For this reason I have programed "StopTheWheeze" asthma suite. The program runs on Windows and on Linux.
- Multiple users supported
- Export your report View sample report
- Graph your peak flow readings
- Read a chart alongside your graph to see what helped and what didn't
- This is a free (GPL) project
